jajja, yo creo k debe de ser mas un tipo de confusion optica por el volumen.
si lo tienen igual, pero el gordito tiene mas carne de donde llamar mas al atencion parecera mas pequeño

lo que si es cierto es que el gordito tiende a ser menos resistente al acto s*xual por su mala circulacion sanguinea, y el enqlenque no..... claro si no es sedentario
